i) Obtain admission form from the college counter:
1) Download the application form from the link above.
2) Fill up the application form.
3) Attach following documents and submit it along with the 1st installment of fee.
- 5 passport sized coloured photographs
- Attested copies of mark sheets of X and XII/Graduation(3 each)
- Original copy of Transfer Certificate(no applicable for applicant of diploma required).
- Migration is to be submitted within 45 days from the time of admission(if applicable).
4) report to the college on the date instructed by the admission authorities.
ii) Submission of form off line:
1) log on to the website( as mentioned above)
2) Take out hard copy of the form.
3) Attach one demand draft of rs 300/-.
4) Follow the instructions as mentioned in points i(3).
5) Send it across to the address as mentioned below in point iii(5)
iii) Admission through the form centre:
1) Obtain Admission form from your nearest form centre.
2) Fill up the admission form completely.
3) Mention the name of course applied on the envelop.
4) Follow the instruction as mentioned in point i(3).
5) Send it by speed post/courier to the following address:
