I believe that it is my job to listen to those who wish to speak to me, to communicate with parents, students, faculties and administrators; to understand the unspoken feelings; to share ideas; to fulfill the commitments made by me and my people on my behalf; to arrange for imparting of education loaded with values and to learn from every interaction in order to make things better.
