The Campus
GITM campus with contemporary interiors is designed to build an inimitable environment. It is located in a prominent area of Gwalior, 10 km from both Railway Station and Bus Stand as well as from the main city. The academic complex consists of spacious Lecture Halls, fully equipped with necessary teaching aids, Computer Lab, Convention Hall, Electronics Lab, Library, Administrative Office and Students' Activity Space. The premise is accessible and spacious, making the campus serene and pleasant.
The campus incorporates thirty six spacious classrooms with a capacity of accommodating 60 students at a time.
Library
The Institute has a well-equipped spacious library with around 12874 books and reports/monographs on a large variety of management, computer applications and allied subjects. The library remains open for Eight hours on all working days. The library has a Journal Section which is being developed at par with other leading Institutes.
The large number of newspapers and magazines are also procured for use in the library. The Institute has a collection of 57 Dictionaries covering voluminous amount of information.
The Research Projects and Summer Training Reports Information Database contains up-to-date information and Summer Training Reports completed by students of the Institute. Complete with subject indexing,
Computer Lab
GITM Computer Lab is well equipped with computing resources to cater to the academic needs of the Institute. The Institute is Wi-Fi equipped and the computer lab has 200 terminals.
The lab is available to the students for more than 8 hours a day. All students therefore, passing out from the Institute are thoroughly competent to handle computerized systems and packages adopted by industry and business houses today. Since GITM has integrated computers into the learning process, many courses offered at the Institute use appropriate computer based models. Students are also provided adequate internet access..
